Your responsibilities:

• Build an open platform that offers crypto asset trading products, including brokerage services, cloud exchange, etc. Design the back-end service, user experience and new business model, participating in the whole lifecycle of this platform from project establishment to launch
• Create the short- and medium-term product iteration plan and roadmap based on the product lifecycle, competitive environment and resource structure
• Collect product feedback from internal and external sources, optimize the product plan through qualitative or quantitative analysis methods
• Monitor the project progress and coordinate with developers, designers, market team, operation team and other departments
• Analyse our competitor’s products and industry trends, and transform the data and information to an actionable product iteration plan

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of product manager experience, preferably from a well-known internet or blockchain company
• A strong interest in blockchain and the financial industry
• Solid product design and project management knowledge, especially skilled at discovering user demands through data analysis
• Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Be able to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, responsible to our customers and your team
• Experience in designing or trading financial products, such as in stocks, funds, forex, futures and options
• Fluent in English, preferably having studied or worked overseas
• Experience building a product for businesses
• Team management experience
