About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategy Design: Proactively monitor emerging trends and competitor movements within the DEX/Bridge/Aggregator sectors. Engage actively in shaping the strategic direction of the OKX DEX ecosystem.
- Business Collaboration: Identify and forge partnerships with leading projects, chains, and partners to enhance collaboration and stimulate user growth for OKX DEX products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Utilize OKX's extensive resources across product development, marketing, operations, and ventures to tailor strategic partnerships for pivotal projects.
- Innovation Leadership: Work closely with internal teams in product and technology to develop OKX DEX into a premier, user-centric, decentralized crypto trading aggregator and bridge.
- Leadership: Efficiently coordinate internal operations and work cross-functionally to guide DEX colleagues towards achieving user growth & volume objectives.
What We Look For In You
- Industry Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in the crypto industry.
- Skills: Outstanding execution, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Demonstrates resilience under pressure, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and strong multitasking skills. Should be self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote environment.
- Profound understanding and insights into the Web3 industry, coupled with a rich network of industry connections.
