  What You'll Be Doing

Integrate internal and external resources to develop and optimize the annual event calendar. Coordinate and ensure the effective execution of various employee care activities; good understanding of global employee benefits modules. Design and optimize global benefits programs, balancing compliance with regional standards and ensuring employee satisfaction. Monitor business satisfaction feedback and perform data analysis. Stay informed about industry trends, maintain the knowledge base and SOP. Oversee the management of daily benefits, organize large annual meetings, Christmas events, celebrations, and various offsite meetings. Improve employee satisfaction and implement employee care initiatives. Provide administrative support to relevant departments, facilitate effective communication, and enhance the overall experience. 

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with proven experience in event planning and organizing large-scale events.

Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English

Good communication , strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure

Meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask

Proactive and pleasant personality, great team work

Able to work diligently and independently under time constraints
