What you'll do:

• Work closely with the Affiliate Partnerships Manager to identify and close deals with mission-aligned publishers who can help drive user growth
• Source leads and points of contact for new partnerships
• Manage ad operations for the affiliate program by updating contracts, creating referral links, and uploading content, creative assets, etc. in Impact Radius
• Create new campaigns in Adjust and ensure they are properly tracked within Impact
• Communicate product updates, new features, and other brand news to affiliate partners
• Partner with the data analytics team to understand and synthesize performance data
• Join affiliate partner meetings and speak to ad performance

Who you are:

• You have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, and/or communications.
• You are comfortable reaching out to potential new partners.
• You have a “get things done” attitude, strong attention to detail, and critical thinking skills to elevate current processes.
• A team-player and with the ability to work autonomously, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
• You have excellent project management and organizational skills.
• You share Public’s passion for making the public markets work for everyone, and are motivated by the opportunity to further democratize who invests in the U.S.

Bonus Points:

• Startup experience is a plus
• You have hands-on experience with affiliate marketing software, specifically Impact Radius.
• Interested in finance and technology industries, trends, and publications.
• Experience with data analysis in business scenarios.
