TRON is looking for a Business Development Manager passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Strategy Team. We are looking for collaborative people who work well in teams and lead by example. This role will plan and manage business partnerships, sales strategies, market research, competitive assessments, and growth initiatives, all with a strong result-driven mindset.

You will:

  • Leading the research on blockchain, digital assets, NFT, GameFi, DeFi, Metaverse, and other relevant topics
  • Perform due diligence on opportunities with potential partners and collaborators
  • Engage projects, developers, and ecosystem both onshore and overseas
  • Lead the crypto partnerships and follow up on parntership implementation
  • Discuss and resolve roadblocks creators may encounter

Who you are:

  • Deep understanding of the crypto culture
  • Strong analytical/strategic thinking skills. Ability to lead and provide strategic input and communicate complex ideas and strategies to executives
  • Ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence data
  • Strong PowerPoint development and presentation skills
  • Self-starter and proactively thinks about opportunities to drive growth
  • Is comfortable in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations
  • Is comfortable in business travels
  • Knowledge of the Layer 1 blockchain business environment and understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Understanding of and experience in at least one of: non-fungible tokens (NFT), DeFi, GameFi, metaverse, and stablecoins
  • Deep understanding of liquidity pools, mining, automated market making, slippage, and related key skills
  • Eager to learn more about the Web 3.0 space
  • Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin is a must
  • Blockchain and cryptocurrency community experience is a must
