Tron is hiring a Web3 Business Development Manager
Compensation: $54k - $90k estimated

Summary of the position
- The Manager will be a key member of the Strategy team and participate in a variety of efforts including business development, competitive assessments, and of course strategic planning. This is an opportunity to join one of the largest blockchain organizations in the world with a rapidly expanding North American presence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead research efforts on a variety of blockchain topics, including digital assets, NFT, GameFi, DeFi, Metaverse, and other relevant topics
- Perform due diligence on opportunities with potential partners and collaborators
- Identify emerging and high growth geographies for blockchain adoption, development, and access
- Lead the development of presentations for speaking engagements and business development using power point and additional presentation software
- Assist in presenting and/or present to potential projects
- Engage with projects, developers, and the overall Tron ecosystem
- Work rapidly to resolve issues creators' encounter
- Engage and work with category leaders within Tron
Qualifications
- Strong analytical/strategic thinking skills. Ability to lead and provide strategic input and communicate complex ideas and strategies to executives
- Knowledge of the Layer 1 blockchain business environment and understanding of the competitive landscape
- Understanding of and experience in at least one of: non-fungible tokens (NFT), DeFi, GameFi, metaverse, and stablecoins
- Ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence data
- Strong PowerPoint development and presentation skills
- Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen.
- Ability to work effectively with a high degree of autonomy
- Team player who brings creativity to problem solving
- Self-starter and proactively thinks about opportunities to drive growth
- Is comfortable in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations
- Can maintain perspective and focus on key priorities for the overall business
Education
- Undergraduate degree
- Blockchain credentials from a valid organization
Experience
- 5 years of experience in a consulting, marketing, or strategy role
- At least one year of blockchain use case development and/or one year of crypto
