About the Opportunity
Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange,including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens,trading options etc.
We seek a junior trading product manager to join the social trading team. The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including working with the product team to define product strategy, identifying market opportunities, designing exciting trading products, building the Trader Ecosystem
What You'll Be Doing:
- KOL Identification and Recruitment: Identify and onboard influential KOLs in the crypto, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Strategy Development: Create comprehensive strategies for KOL engagement and collaboration, aligning with our brand's vision and goals in the crypto market.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with KOLs to develop content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring alignment with our brand's messaging and industry trends.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Market Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency industry to inform KOL engagement strategies.

- Good at discovering demands from the perspective of user growth, and be able to organise and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments;

Nice to Have:
- Have an in-depth understanding of trading products, especially familiar with crypto trading,Social trading or content preferably frequent traders
- Experience in operating,designing or trading financial products such as crypto,stocks, funds, forex, futures, and options is preferred;
