We’re going after a big vision at the intersection of consumer, crypto, and e-comm. We’re putting together a killer founding team with deep consumer empathy, design sense, and technical expertise and are looking for full-stack engineers with deep design intuition.
What You'll Do:
- Hack through an initial MVP of the product and then turn it into a horizontal platform over time in collaboration with the CEO, engineers, and design team.
- Set the technical direction for the product, developing system design and architecture
- Maintain a technical standard that attracts a team of stellar engineers
- Build a world-class engineering culture that develops individuals into technical leaders
- Work with the CEO and founding team to recruit the core engineering team
- Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to balance scalable technical architecture against business needs
- Continuously improve the design, development, testing, deployment and monitoring of our platforms
Who You Are:
- You love consumer brands; you have hypotheses about how web3 will transform commerce and brands and keep up on the latest trends in NFTs, DAOs, and defi
- You have a passion for mentoring and building strong technical leaders
What You Have:
- Experience building blockchain projects on Ethereum L2s or Solana
- 4+ years of experience leading a talented team of engineers Strong design orientation and frontend experience; highly attuned design and product instincts
- Obsessed with user experience, oriented towards building MVPs
- Track record of building consumer-facing products and delightful user experiences
- Experience architecting and building scalable, well-engineered backend systems and web applications
- Excellent communication skills - writing clear documentation, running meetings, and speaking clearly
- Passion for web3!
