As a Data Engineer/Analyst, you'll be instrumental in turning raw blockchain and app data into actionable insights that drive product decisions, inform market strategies, and power core features across our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines for both on-chain and off-chain data sources

• Performing data analysis to surface actionable insights on user behavior, protocol activity, and liquidity trends

• Building and managing internal dashboards and reporting tools to support product, engineering, and operations teams

• Collaborating closely with engineering and research teams to support experimentation, metric definition, and model development

• Proactively identifying data quality issues and implementing solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  
  

• 3-7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles

• Proficiency with Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery)

• Comfortable working with APIs, event streams, and real-time or near-real-time datasets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity

• Prior experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is a plus

• Interest in DeFi, blockchain, or market infrastructure is highly desirable
  
  

• Experience with Solana or other blockchain protocols

• Familiarity with financial market structure, DEXs, or trading data

• Experience working with mobile analytics platforms or large-scale user datasets
