Role: Operations Analyst – Digital Assets

Location: Boston, MA, USA

Type: Permanent – Hybrid

Our Client, a global alternative investments manager, is looking to hire an ambitious operations professional to join their new crypto and digital assets business. Located in Boston, MA, this role will cover the end-to-end post execution responsibilities for all digital asset trading activities.

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end trade support for crypto asset trading desks

- Affirmations, confirmations, reconciliations and settlements

- Continued process improvement and support for the creation of a new best-in-class crypto booking system

- Supporting the operational requirements of onboarding new clients, products and strategies related to crypto and broader digital assets

Candidate profile:

- Good academic track record; strong preference for Finance, Economics, Math or Science majors

- 0-3 years’ investment operations or corporate actions experience within a recognised Tier 1 or 2 financial services environment (good internships and crypto specific college courses will be considered for candidates with less than 1 year experience postgraduation)

- Passion for cryptocurrencies and broader digital asset space – mandatory

- Broader FX or Commodities operations experience – desirable
