Your mission

As a Workday intern at Bitpanda your role will be to help the entire People and Workplaces team spend less time on manual (boring) work, by helping them maximise all the functional features that Workday and other HR systems offer. Being part of the People Innovations and Intelligence team, you will help us define a modern employee experience, set up a top of the market HR infrastructure and build an insightful analytics stack.

What you’ll do

  • Learn basics of Workday with the help of our amazing members of the Workday team
  • Provide support in troubleshooting of Workday tickets - starting with simple tickets and learning on the way
  • Help with building quality documentation of processes and configurations for all stakeholders
  • Learn how to functionally configure, test and maintain simpler business processes in Workday, in alignment with the requirements internal stakeholders provide
  • Be part of the team that will shape People Systems and Analytics function in a fast growing fin-tech company

Who you are

  • Analytical mindset, with an interest in HR or data analytics systems (Excel/Google spreadsheets, BI tools, ATS, HRIS, etc.)
  • Curiosity for troubleshooting problems
  • Good stakeholder communication and management skills
  • Full English professional proficiency (written and verbal) is required for this role
  • Eagerness to learn new things / keeping track on the innovations in the HR systems field
