About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Lead to help drive revenue and build our early customer base.

You’ll operate in a flat, highly collaborative team, working directly with the founders to close deals and structure high-impact partnerships.

Stablecoins are transforming the payments landscape, enabling money to move faster, cheaper, and across borders with ease. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of global money movement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for Fin, owning the entire sales cycle from first touch through close and expansion.

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, warm intros, events, and your own network.

  • Run discovery to uncover customer needs, payment pain points, FX/treasury workflows, and opportunities where Fin can deliver outsized value.

  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and ops to incorporate customer feedback, shape roadmap priorities, and support key launches.

  • Represent Fin externally at conferences, dinners, and customer/partner meetings; be a credible, trusted face of the company in the ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years in sales, business development, partnerships, or a founder/early GTM role with clear ownership of revenue.

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience owning a full-cycle sales motion (outbound → discovery → demo → proposal → close), not just one slice of the funnel.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills and an energetic, credible presence across calls and in-person meetings.

  • A sense of entrepreneurship – self-starter, high urgency, comfortable working within undefined or evolving processes.

  • Proven track record of building and leveraging relationships to advance deals and partnerships; strong influencing skills across stakeholders.

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling financial services, payments, fintech, FX, or treasury solutions.

  • Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, or DeFi, or a strong interest in learning quickly.

  • Experience at a high-growth or early-stage startup, especially in a flat, founder-adjacent GTM role.

Compensation Range: $100K - $180K
