We’re looking for a driven and commercially sharp Blockchain & Crypto Sales Specialist to join our growing team in New York. This role sits at the intersection of DeFi, institutional finance, and Web3 innovation, focused on driving revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.


You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across financial institutions, hedge funds, asset managers, and crypto-native organizations, bringing cutting-edge on-chain and Web3 solutions to market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for blockchain and crypto products/services
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies targeting institutional clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, funds, and Web3-native firms
  • Identify new business opportunities across DeFi and on-chain ecosystems
  • Translate complex blockchain solutions into clear commercial value propositions
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to refine offerings
  • Stay ahead of trends in crypto, DeFi, and digital assets markets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales within crypto, blockchain, or fintech
  • Strong understanding of DeFi, on-chain infrastructure, and Web3 ecosystems
  • Experience selling into institutional clients and financial institutions
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and revenue generation
  • Ability to design and execute GTM strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in NYC or within commutable distance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within institutional crypto or traditional finance
  • Experience with digital assets, trading platforms, or blockchain infrastructure
  • Deep interest in the evolving Web3 and DeFi landscape
