A cutting-edge digital assets firm is launching a new institutional DeFi product designed to bridge the gap between on-chain liquidity and traditional financial markets — and they’re now seeking a world-class VP of Institutional Sales to accelerate adoption across Tier-1 asset managers, hedge funds, and trading firms.

The Opportunity
As VP of Institutional DeFi Sales, you will:
- Own the full sales strategy for a next-generation DeFi platform designed for regulated institutions
- Drive engagement with hedge funds, asset managers, prop desks, and market-makers exploring on-chain yield, liquidity, and execution
- Partner with Product & Strategy teams to shape market positioning and influence roadmap development
- Educate clients on risk frameworks, institutional controls, and compliant DeFi access
- Build pipeline from zero — leveraging your network to bring early, high-value flagship clients onboard
- Represent the product at industry events, roundtables, and institutional forums
This role is for someone who wants impact, autonomy, and the ability to be the commercial face of a breakthrough institutional-grade DeFi solution.
What You Bring
- Deep experience selling into institutional crypto, electronic trading, or digital asset markets
- Strong understanding of DeFi mechanics: liquidity pools, staking, AMMs, custody, and on-chain execution
- A trusted network across hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and crypto-native trading firms
- Executive-level communication and the confidence to navigate complex institutional due diligence
- Track record of leading consultative, long-cycle sales with technical elements
- Ability to speak fluently about security, risk, compliance, and institutional controls
