Since 2019, Revolt Games mission is to turn the world into a giant game board where you trade real-world lands and buildings.

We built first Neopolis, a free-to-play game where you can buy real world communities, collaborate, and compete with each other. We reached 1 million downloads in 2 countries, and now planning our launch worldwide. Now, we aim at building a meaningful game with Neoland, a Web3 mode where you can truly own a piece of earth.

Context of the role:

We're launching Neoland, a play to earn mode, and we need someone to help us launch, manage our Discord daily, work on content and community growth initiatives.

Ideally, you would be a self-starter with strong interest for Web3-related projects, combined with experience in content creation, community development and social medias. Since we're a small team, you'll wear many hats. You'll work directly with the CEO, UA, designers and developers.

We’re less interested in the length of your resume than your passion and willingness to learn and deliver the best possible initiatives.

Missions:

• Launch our web3 mode with us
• Create, monitor and drive conversations with our community members via Discord channels, manage feedbacks & ensure qualitative communication
• Further develop and maintain the community/fans of Neopolis Game
• Create impactful content, contests, and giveaways that can help promote the game
• Implement automation, and processes to optimize community management
• Manage a community team of 20 volunteers who help, moderate and animate the community in game + discord.
• Ensure hiring needs, and adequate communication.
• Assist and empower our actual community managers Ash, Elena, Ben and Franklin
• Collaborate effectively with the team

• If you have experience creating, managing, growing a community on Discord Servers!
• If community is a passion of yours, and you contribute to several as a hobby.
• If you have a knack for web3, like us, because we're building a whole new world with it. You contributed to DAOs, or web3 project part-time.
• You enjoy creating things yourself (blog, newsletter, NFT art).
• You're 100% comfortable working in English.

What would be a plus:

• Ability to manage native English speakers.
• Experience in gaming.
