Lead consumer product growth and retention strategies, requirement analysis, and feature design to improve DAU and user retention. Demonstrate strong ability in requirement identification, set optimization goals based on product data, develop iteration plans, and be accountable for metrics such as new user conversion rates. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure effective implementation of product strategies. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user experience. Research industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative product solutions.

Job Requirements:

3 years of product management experience, with essential 0-1 product development experience and strong adaptability. Passionate about the AI industry, with experience using products like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Civitai, and able to provide personal insights. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability, capable of extracting valuable insights from data. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work efficiently with different teams. Deep understanding of user experience, capable of addressing issues from the user's perspective and proposing solutions. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to maintain high efficiency under pressure. What We Offer
