Join our diverse and international team in Zug, Switzerland as we expand SecOps and DevOps principles to the exciting world of web3 and blockchain technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and take ownership of Web3 Foundation infrastructure and services
• Deploy, tune, and maintain (ChainOps) services related to Polkadot and Kusama
• Build automation around provisioning and deployment of services
• Continuously improve the observability of systems and services
• Design and implement automated roll-back and recovery mechanisms
• Participate in on-call rotation, failure resolution and post-mortem analysis

Requirements

• Experience in assessing, designing and maintaining scalable, resilient, performant and observable systems
• Proficient in Linux and familiar with Open Source in general
• Hands-on experience and enthusiasm working with cloud-native technologies such as; 
  • Kubernetes, Containers, Git, CI/CD Pipelines
  • Observability tools, e.g. Prometheus and Alertmanager 
  • Familiarity with GitOps, e.g. ArgoCD

• Knowledge of security concepts and network protocols, e.g. proxies, SSH, TLS, DNS
• Systematic and precise problem-solving approach
• Motivated and self-driven
• Team player with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership
