We seek a dedicated and experienced Legal Operational Manager to join our dynamic legal team in the greater Dallas area. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the efficiency of our legal operations through meticulous administration and management of legal files, schedules, and communications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering both in-person and remote support, including during unconventional hours as needed.

Responsibilities:
·       Administer and manage the organization of files and schedules for multiple legal teams.
·       Coordinate, schedule, and manage board meetings, legal proceedings, and other critical events.
·       Oversee and organize legal filings, ensuring all internal and external communications are handled promptly and professionally.
·       Manage the calendar for the legal department, including scheduling meetings, deadlines, and reminders.
·       Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks to support legal operations.
·       Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of legal requirements with company operations.
·       Maintain confidentiality and security of all legal documents and sensitive information.
·       Manage internal and external invoices.

Qualifications:
·       Proven experience in legal administration, preferably with direct experience working in an in-house legal department or at a law firm or courthouse.
·       Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing tasks with minimal supervision.
·       Flexibility to work in person and remotely, with availability to work during unconventional hours as required.
·       A proactive approach and dedication to supporting the needs of a busy legal team.
