Your Mission:Ā 

Working on our production team, you’ll be supporting a development team.Ā  These teams may be interdisciplinary or focused on one discipline. Our teams are often embedded in client teams, so your role is to collaborate, manage and support that team and the client’s expectations to ensure that we are on track to deliver an awesome product.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Developing project plans, workflows and managing milestonesĀ 
    • Working with team Leads/Technical Directors to manage resources of the project
    • Looking after the team’s wellbeingĀ 
    • Ensuring efficient communication between our client and MPG
    • Tracking and scheduling production pipelinesĀ 
    • Organising and partaking in daily client and internal stand-ups

What we need from you:

    • Previous experience in a production/project management environment within the game industry
    • Previous experience of project management software, such as JIRAĀ 
    • Strong knowledge of game development processes, preferably on AAA games
    • Solid interpersonal and communication skillsĀ 
    • Flexibility to understand that each client is different and works in different ways
    • An understanding of the co-development environment, in an agency->
