5+ Years Experienced Blockchain Developer | Fully Remote | 20 LPA

We are seeking a talented and data-driven Blockchain Developer to join team and play a key role in developing and implementing blockchain solutions for our business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of blockchain concepts (distributed ledger technology, consensus mechanisms, cryptography).
• Proficiency in writing smart contracts using a popular language (Solidity, Hyperledger Fabric Chaincode).
• Experience with popular blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Quorum, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or Go.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong emphasis on remote communication tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote development work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and scalable blockchain applications in a remote work environment.
• Write, audit, and deploy smart contracts for various use cases.
• Research and stay up to date on the latest blockchain technologies, protocols, and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, product managers) virtually to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high coding standards through remote collaboration tools.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal blockchain infrastructure, with strong remote access capabilities.
• Identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities in blockchain systems.
