Responsibilites
- Support with work permit issuance.
- Liaise with external vendors for insurance requests.
- Manage relationships with banking representatives for employee personal banking requests.
- Manage relationship with external vendor for visa issues.
- Regularly update relevant spreadsheets and systems with new employee data information.
- Manage all inquiries on internal communication channel.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders with strong communication skills in building and sustaining work relationships.
- Good command of MS office applications.
- Patient and sensitive to data.
- With experience in SuccessFactors HCM would be advantageous.
- Team player and quick learner.
