What You'll Do:
- Design curricula, courses, and modules for product, tools, skills training for CX team
- Develop eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, slides, etc to create learning solutions
- Perform administrative functions within team's LMS (when applicable)
- Facilitate training sessions in-person and virtual
- Own updates and maintenance training materials

What We're Looking for:
- No formal degree is required for this position.
- 3-4 years within a customer experience organization
- 1-2 years experience on a training, learning & development, or knowledge management team
- Experience with content authoring and LMS software
- Able to draw conclusions from basic data sets
- Experience with A-Z training courses (from design, through development, facilitation, and assessment)
- Most excellent communication skills
- Experience with Zendesk and Jira is a bonus
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus.
