Web3 Assistant Community Manager

Compensation: $15k - $20k *

Gamium is a Web3 and Metaverse technology company with the vision to lead the change in Human Interactions and the mission to connect Real Humans.

Also, create and evolve their Avatar profile, exchange NFTs, use a decentralized chat, get a job in the metaverse, enjoy immersive experiences, own and customize virtual lands, and socialize & earn in Gamium's 3D World.

What will your contribution in this role be?

  • Build brand awareness and help Gamium be more present on the internet
  • Respond to our community promptly so that our community feels listened
  • Track and report events on different social networks
  • Help to provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and marketing activities in order to increase brand image
  • Take part of the Marketing team and share ideas and best practices
  • Build relationships with our community and influencers
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends

Key Accountabilities
  • Participate in the content creation and brainstorm and share content ideas for Social Media posts, and Product Marketing Campaigns such as Gamium App and different applications
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends, ways of communicating our message effectively, and best infographics that better suit our audience preferences
  • Respond to our community’s questions and comments quickly, and professionally through official social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Medium
  • Encourage user debate with recently published content, and reply to comments engaging interactions
  • Attract existing customers and new members to join our community
  • Network with other community managers outside of the organization, to stay current with the latest industry developments
  • Track the performance of posts, monitoring engagement levels to assist the SMM to take better decisions
  • Gather customer feedback & present it to the social media manager
  • Give support to our KOLs and Influencers to help us develop Marketing campaigns
  • Build relationships with bloggers and influencers active within our sector
  • Assist the marketing team in organizing both online, and offline events for active community members
Framework, Boundaries of Work, Authority & Decision Making
  • Our community developer will report directly to the social media leader, most of the interactions will be previously accorded and validated by his superior, but we are going to require a minimum level of authority to answer and reply effectively to social media comments and interactions
Minimum Qualifications
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree on Marketing & Communications
  • Native or almost native written/verbal communication abilities in English
Minimum Experience
  • +2 years of experience working in a Marketing / Social Media department
  • Having worked for a company with an App-oriented product will be positively considered
  • Experience in engaging within crypto community channels like twitter, discord, telegram, etc
Hard Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about the cryptocurrency and blockchain fields with a strong interest in CeFi, DeFi, Metaverse and NFTs. You love to constantly learn and keep abreast of trends and developments in the industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of tools related to social networks such as Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, Medium to better engage our community
  • Remote work self-discipline and work ethics
  • Understanding of crypto system, culture, memes and latest trends

Salary Range
  • US$ 15000 - 30000 per year (depends upon candidate´s experience and knowledge)
