Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Current undergraduate / graduate students and fresh graduates. Please note that only english CVs will be evaluated.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing generalist with strong organisational and project management skills to support the regional marketing team across multiple functions focusing on 3 main areas: 
1)Binance Angels program, community management and the affiliate program. 
2)Support Global and local marketing campaigns
3)Overall Project management  
• Serve as a liaison between Binance Angels and all departments at Binance to coordinate and support special projects, marketing initiatives and campaigns, community AMAs, communications, among other program tasks;
• Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new volunteers for the Binance Angels program;
• Identify and set up close partnerships with the regional Developer Communities, Universities, Blockchains associations, KOLs, and other Web2 and Web3 audiences;
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to best facilitate the local community;
• Support the organization of online and offline events and meet-ups in the region;
• Grow and manage local user focused online and offline Binance communities;
• Create, translate, and proofread content that will serve the local community and users well for Binance, focusing on the local market;
• Assist the local marketing team with campaign execution, such as planning and calendarization and processes. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in Marketing;
• Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution work experience, preferably in crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming, B2C facing;
• Experience in community management and events is preferred;
• Past marketing/growth roles at virtual asset exchange is strongly preferred;
• Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto / blockchain / technology space;
• Extremely organised, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects;
• Language skills: Portuguese and Advanced English. Spanish is a plus;
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and many moving parts at once.
