We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Blockchain Growth & Partnerships Manager to help establish the company’s Web3 growth & partnership strategy and plan out its execution. Under this role, you will work closely with the QuillAudits team, a product by QuillHash to provide cybersecurity solutions to crypto projects and start-ups. As a result of our industry-leading and quality assured services, we have helped 500+ projects to eliminate serious security threats and have secured $15B+ in total value locked.

What you will do:

• Help establish the company's Web3 partnership strategy and plan out its execution.
• Network and grow our pipeline of contacts that fit inside the narrative.
• Work with existing partners to grow QuillAudit's network of partners.
• You'll own all elements of the growth & partnership lifecycle: scoping of opportunities, setting objectives, building processes, identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, implementation, execution, and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across product, operations, and marketing to ensure effective working with our partners.
• Establish partnerships critical to our core business
• Design and perform experiments to drive marketing and growth globally.
• Track metrics and analyze data to optimize our marketing campaigns, uncover and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth.

*What we are looking for: *

• 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a crypto startup.
• Knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, crypto, NFT, and smart contracts.
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Strong market research, analysis, and presentation ability
• Self-starter and an easy adapter to a fast-growing work culture
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching the software, SaaS, or other deep tech products.
• Creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and should possess good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make a decision on good collaboration opportunities with available information.
• Ability to research and synthesize market and technology trends along with a competitive analysis to supplement the product strategy & roadmaps.
• Proven skills in partnership execution and management

• Experience having closed sales at corporations or startups in a B2B segment.
