The leading digital payment company that supports online money transfers across the globe is looking for a B2B Crypto Growth Project Lead to join their Blockchain, Crypto, and Digital Currencies (BCDC) team. This is an opportunity to help write the next chapter of money with innovation and scale, help millions of customers and merchants globally accelerate towards cashless, and join the company’s most prominent new initiatives.

Looking for a skilled Web3 strategist to help shape the next phase of BCDC’s growth. The B2B Crypto Growth Project Lead will drive a short-term initiative to identify target segments in the Web3 space, develop a growth strategy to market to these segments and recommend initial tests to run. You will closely collaborate with high performers and knowledgeable colleagues from the BCDC team and strengthen your network in the crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be a domain expert for specific B2B segments in the Web3 space (e.g., DApp developers, traders) and craft its forward-looking strategy that will build the avenues for growth.
• Work collaboratively with product, business development, marketing, and communications to shape messaging and positioning across crypto and payments.
• Help build content and compelling product “stories” relevant for the segments that you’ll lead.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to help run initial test of channels and acquisition/engagement tactics.
• Work with analytics to track the effectiveness of tests and optimize growth channel.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional working experience
• 1+ years’ experience in Web3; Specific to marketing, strategy, business development and/or sales
• Understanding of B2B channels and tactics to reach web3 audiences
• Ability to build a robust strategy with clear roadmap of programs and initiatives
• Familiarity with and domain expertise in digital currencies, Web3, and their components and players.
• Feel comfortable with cross functional work across marketing, product, data science, legal, finance, compliance, and comms
• You are proactive, results-oriented, and excel as an individual contributor
• Bias for action and progress, brings problem-solving approach to team discussions
• Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills
