The Job
Our new and upcoming products:
Lending NFT: Myconstant will be a place where users can get a loan on their NFTs and offer loans to borrowers against their NFTs. In other words, users can use their NFTs as collateral to get loans from other users on the decentralized and peer-to-peer system.
NFT Gaming marketplace: where we are aiming to be the single portal/marketplace to sell the most distinguished items from best performing P2E projects. Additionally, the users will have the option to only pay 80% of the price upfront and convert the 20% rest to instalments with 0% interest for 30 days.
As a Business Development Manager at MyConstant, your main responsibilities are to define the strategy of acquiring more users and pushing growth for our new NFT products. You’re empowered to control the budget and conduct your own plans.
✅ The scope of work includes:
Work collaboratively with the team to drive growth with new opportunities.
Develop relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with customers to optimize their profitability.
Review and analyze the market trend of NFT to scale up the business
Research and expand the business lines
Take care of the new user base and match volume
✅ The ideal candidate would have these experiences and skills:
An understanding & passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency and NFT space
An understanding of crypto consumers & you speak their language
Experience in planning and managing sales strategy to a new market and niche with a successful track record selling new products to the market
Concise speaker, storyteller, & writer who can deliver the message to target customers effectively and attractively
Familiar with business development with international customers and partners all around the world
Excellent presentation skills, including tech product demo, to potential partners
High levels of emotional intelligence support intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and dynamic conversation to creatively structure partnerships in different ways
Sufficient English skills in writing and speaking (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
A fast learner with a growth mindset
