Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships within the DeFi, crypto and NFT ecosystems
- Primary point of contact for institutional partnerships in the crypto native space
- Contribute to deal team operations and new market initiatives
- Own all elements of the partnership life cycle: scoping of opportunities, identifying potential partners, framing of value, negotiating agreements, and implementation and optimization
- Help develop and execute the partnership strategy and tactics that will support Ankr’s growth
- Work independently to lead cross-functional partnership initiatives, working with product, finance, comms, compliance, legal and marketing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, tokenomics, consensus protocols etc.
- The ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally
- Being successful in negotiating a broad set of different types of deals
- Must have great interpersonal and communications skills
- Intellectually curious and think in a structured way
- Bilingual or high fluency in English
