Web3 Business Development Representative - Charlotte

Compensation: $26k - $39k estimated

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. The role will be responsible for generating leads and assisting outside sales reps and involves starting relationships with people in our target market. Your work at the beginning stage of these relationships helps us to find and serve new customers. The majority of leads will be cold leads and cold calling/emailing will be required.

Bitcoin Depot is one of the largest multi-cryptocurrency ATM Networks in the world offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Ethereum instantly at hundreds of locations. Our mission is to provide the most secure, convenient, and fastest cryptocurrency transaction. Our vision is to bring the cryptocurrency market to the masses.

Responsibilities

  • Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
  • Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers.
  • Promote and give a brief explanation Bitcoin Depot kiosks to prospective host locations.
  • Generate leads (primarily gas stations, convenience stores, and atm companies) through research and a combination of cold and warm lead outreach.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Qualify small Bitcoin kiosk operators for an acquisition.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities within the market.
  • Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the work flow.
  • Meet weekly with Manager to discuss opportunities and develop strategy

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales experience is required. 3+ years of sales experience is preferred.
  • College Degree in Business, Marketing, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of bitcoin and blockchain
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures
  • Proficient with Salesforce and LinkedIN
