Web3 Business Development Representative/ Sales Manager

With our Mobility Blockchain Platform, we offer a decentralized mobility network by connecting services like e-scooters, car sharing, public transport, etc. in one big alliance. Thus, we enable mobility providers to easily offer customer journeys from A to B with one click and one ticket - based on efficient, secure transaction-as-a-service.

Our Product, the Mobility Blockchain Platform, is a decentralized B2B infrastructure to connect all capabilities (ePayment, ID verification, micro mobility, public transport, rental fleets and corporate mobility managers) enabling integrated 1-click customer journeys from A to B.Through service roaming and end-to-end transaction service, we act like a (Star) Alliance for the whole mobility sector and not like an aggregator platform. Every party keeps its customer touchpoint and relationship.

Our international and dynamic team with locations in Dublin, Bonn, Köln and Stuttgart is eager to shape the future of mobility and characterized by flat hierarchies, a hands-on mentality and a remote work environment. Having received our seed funding, we are now turning up the heat and looking for a Business Development Representative/ Sales Manager.

Tasks

Why we need you

  • Stop aggregating - start collaborating: Spread the message of joint value-creation and grow our ecosystem by leveraging all means of outbound channels
  • Innovations don’t appear - they grow: Spot the unique added value of partners for the ecosystem and onboard them technically and from a business perspective
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: Accompany our partners on the entire journey and keep track using Hubspot as CRM tool
  • Step into the shoes of the customer: Apply the design thinking methodology and hold workshops to keep everyone aligned (internally w/ Solution Architects, PO, etc. as well as w/ external partners)
  • Keep an ear to the market: Pick up on the latest trends of this fast-paced environment to directly influence the development of the network

Requirements

Your Toolbox:

  • You already sold SaaS products and feel comfortable with the moderation of meetings and workshops
  • You are experienced in preparing and guiding through pitches (PPT, Miro)
  • You are a specialist in diving into our B2B customer journeys and have a quick understanding and sensitivity for our customers’ needs
  • You are a structured person and able to prioritize, organize and manage multiple responsibilities in a hybrid work environment
  • Ideally, you already know your way around the new mobility and have access to an existing customer network
  • Deutsch and English come naturally to you
