Overview of the role Glance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Seller to drive revenue and market adoption for our innovative Glance TV advertising solutions. This is not your traditional CTV offering. We provide a unique, display-based ad experience within engaging content environments, enabling full-funnel marketing campaigns. This role is based in New York and will focus on building strong relationships with agency holding companies and key clients, with a strong emphasis on managed service campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the CTV landscape, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record of success in the digital media and advertising technology space.
The impact you’ll make
Market Development: Build the Glance brand in the market to drive familiarity, adoption, and revenue. This includes identifying key opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and executing initiatives to achieve sales targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Operations, Demand Partnerships, and Marketing teams regarding new product solutions and releases to present a 360-degree go-to-market motion. This involves providing market feedback, aligning sales strategies with product roadmaps, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Industry Representation: Represent Glance at industry-relevant functions to increase its visibility and influence annual commitments. This includes attending conferences, networking events, and client meetings to promote Glance TV's unique value proposition and build strong industry relationships. Solution Selling: Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by uncovering key business requirements and pain points, to further sell through Glance's solutions that meet the clients' needs. This involves conducting thorough needs assessments, developing customized solutions, and delivering compelling presentations that address client objectives. CRM Management: Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization through InMobi’s CRM (Salesforce). This includes accurately tracking sales activities, managing client information, and generating reports to monitor progress and inform sales strategies
The experience we need
Experience: 15+ years in digital, media, or ad tech sales. CTV Expertise: 5+ years of advanced TV advertising experience. Sales Acumen: Experience in selling CTV to agency holding companies, via managed service and/or programmatic. Industry Relationships: Deep relationships within the CTV space in the advertising industry. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with TV Measurement and CTV Technical expertise. Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within a team environment. Presentation Skills: Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, with strong written and verbal abilities. Executive Presence: Proven executive presence and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with senior-level clients and industry stakeholders. Travel: Must be willing to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities

Best-in-Class Benefits The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $140,320 - $235,000 USD (min to max of base salary pay range). This salary range is applicable for our offices located in California and New York*. In addition, an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive, as deemed per policy, in addition to fixed compensation. *Our ranges may vary based on final location/region in accordance with the geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country. In addition to cash compensation, based on the position, an InMobian can receive equity in the form of a stock grant known as Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
