Web3 Business Development Representative

About The Role

Zero Hash is looking for a passionate Business Development Representative to help building relationships with our most important partners, in support of the company’s key objectives. This role will give you exposure to how we work with strategic partners to unlock new customer growth, enable new services, increase retention and differentiate Zero Hash.

The Business Development Representative will help to create and execute Zero Hash sales and marketing plans, including implementing new ideas and tools for the company. He/She must have demonstrated teamwork ability and a well-rounded knowledge of the company in order to effectively carry out the duties.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be part of the Growth team working in client coverage, account management, and partnerships
  • Become a subject matter expert for Zero Hash’s Crypto-as-a-Service product
  • Help in the development of business cases, proposals, or pitches for prospective partners. Focusing resources on the most promising opportunities
  • Support in the prospect and qualification of deals to generate a robust pipeline of BD opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Engineering and Client Services

What we look for in you:

  • Positive can do attitude
  • Understanding of the fintech and/or blockchain ecosystem
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal and external partners, communicating clearly, solving problems, holding difficult conversations and driving towards key milestones / outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), and organizational ability to work on several initiatives at once.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness and persistence to drive towards outcomes while navigating a multifaceted environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience in tech, financial services, fintech, neobanks, brokers and crypto exchanges.
