Web3 Chief of Staff - Platform & Go-to-Market

We are scaling the business up globally and are now looking for a platform Chief of Staff to help drive forward some of the biggest strategic projects at Immutable. This role supports the co-founder/Chief Technology Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. These two teams represent the majority of Immutable’s platform business. Effective execution in this role will make direct impact on Immutable becoming the #1 web3 gaming ecosystem.

As the platform Chief of Staff, you will have a seat at the executive table with visibility across all the key decisions made at the company. You will love this job if you want to work in an environment of high change and cutting edge technology. You will be part of transforming multi-billion dollar gaming and marketplace companies.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the most strategic cross-functional projects for our platform business
• Manage leadership operations
• Lead platform-wide strategic planning processes including goal-setting. This also means driving rhythms and crafting content that circulate up to the board level  
• Help strategise and enact change across multiple teams
• Improve communication across platform leadership and to the rest of the company
• Work with the Platform and Go To Market functions to develop and implement customer-centric features and improvements
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing functions to ensure that customer needs and preferences are being addressed in the company's go-to-market strategy
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to the executive team on customer feedback, satisfaction, and retention

We would love you to have:

• 5 years+ work experience in high performing environments
• Executional, hands on and have a high propensity to get things done
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools
• Capable of influencing key decisions amongst executive cohort and business lines
• Strategic product thinker - you have had input and visibility into important product decisions previously
