About:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative and results-oriented Community Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the combination of fun, web3 growth and strong proven track record with work on clear metrics such as community members to brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement community strategies and tactics across various platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.) that align with our brand voice and the projects we support.

Create engaging and on-brand content for the community that resonates with Web3 audiences, showcasing expertise in crypto and an exciting vision of the future.

Plan and execute third-party content programs that utilize KOLs, Telegram groups, and threads to expand reach and impact.

Serve as the Memelord in Chief, crafting memes that energize the community and attract new members.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and continuously improve our strategies.

Stay informed about the latest trends and narratives in the Web3 space.

Engage with our client's community, turning followers into passionate advocates.

Required Skills and Attributes

5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the Web3 or tech sectors.

Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and crypto culture.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities.

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media management and analytics tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Creative mindset with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and "meme-worthy" content.

Familiarity with Web3 marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Strong critical thinking skills.
