Role Summary

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations for our community and social media presence, while working closely and directly supporting our experienced Community & Social Media Manager. This will be a prominent role where you will have a fantastic opportunity to grow your personal brand in what is set to be one of the most influential projects in Web3.

As our Community & Social Media Executive you should be well integrated into the dCommerce space and be initiative driven. You live and breathe Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, gaming and dCommerce and are an absolute Social Media Specialist. You will be responsible for drafting original text, managing posts and responding to followers. You should be up to date with the latest digital technologies, social media, and crypto trends.

Key responsibilities

• On-the ground engagement with the Boson Protocol community across different social media platforms such as; Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Linkedin and Reddit
• Support the execution of our social media strategy
• Liaise with external agencies in the creation of content for social media
• Understand and evaluate briefs in order to deliver content
• Draft high level quality content and drive output to build an engaged audience
• Engage with the community on social media platforms
• Execute campaigns building Boson Protocol’s brand and position
• Responsible for content recycling and new content development
• Ensure key KPIs are met for community engagement
• Responsible for social scheduling
• Develop asset plans for campaign execution
• Draft regular updates and insight reports
• Provide direct support to the Community & Social Media Managerin all day to day activities

Must have skills and attributes

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Prior experience in building, growing and managing social media presence
• Keen interest in DeFi, NFT’s, NFT Art and Metaverse gaming
• Deep exposure of Web3 / Blockchain community
• Active in the Crypto communities such as Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Bitcointalk
• Be process driven, detail oriented but also pragmatic and service focussed
• Competent working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Be punctual and reliable
• Keeping open lines of communication
• Strong stakeholder management
