Description:

Voice is looking for a driven and organized Content & Community Strategist to join the Marketing Team. This role will work across all marketing projects, with a focus on social media and community curation and communications. The role requires an interest in NFTs and the art world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategy for the following platforms: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Work with a dedicated designer to produce all design elements to be used across social media, email, and other community touchpoints
• Integrate into community conversations around NFT launches
• Curate homepage NFTs & communicate features with users
• Track community features & report on impact
• Build community-engagement tactics to ensure an active and engaged flow of conversation is maintained both on and off-platform
• Support development of comprehensive Community Ambassador programs and campaigns across markets
• Oversee the creation of a diverse coalition of supporters by managing relationships with community organizations and advocates in line with Voice’s mission
• Directly partner with content moderation teams to prioritize user safety within legal guidelines
• Drive sign-ups and organize user experience

Qualifications

• 2-3 years professional experience in startup, media or art industries
• Experience working with social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
• Strong writing and research skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
