Ava Labs is hiring a Social Media Manager, Crypto Twitter to drive our social presence and collaborate closely with our cross-functional team. This role is key to shaping and executing strategies that amplify our voices in the crypto space. We're looking for a crypto-native with a solid grasp of blockchain technologies and ecosystems, who knows the industry inside out and has a proven track record of navigating its unique dynamics and best practices. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Strategize daily CT messaging and narratives for Ava Labs and the ecosystem, both for proactive initiatives and responsive engagement Deliver concise, impactful messaging that amplifies our voice, increases mindshare and resonates with the crypto community Develop content that engages the audience, addresses FUD head-on, and fosters direct, meaningful connections Collaborate across teams to address critical issues in crypto and elevate Ava Labs’ priorities Embrace the fast-paced nature of crypto, with the flexibility to adapt to its 24/7 landscape Knowledge of the regulatory, security, political, and technical factors influencing the cryptocurrency industry

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

5+ years in social media/marketing with active crypto community engagement Strong writing and storytelling skills You’re “all in” on anything you do You’re chronically online Outstanding project management skills and detail oriented

Salary Range: $106,911 to $133,639 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
