Strategic Partnerships Manager, Banking & Corporate
Responsibilities
- Lead Binance’s global and regional banking strategy, defining priority markets, partnership models, and licensing approaches to support corporate and institutional growth.
- Build and manage a pipeline of bank and fintech partnerships, from sourcing and negotiation to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
- Drive institutional client and fiat OTC growth by identifying, onboarding, and activating corporates, PSPs, and fintechs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Treasury, OTC, Product, Ops) to execute large fiat transactions and optimize liquidity, pricing, and settlement.
- Develop scalable frameworks for partner engagement, commercial structuring, and governance to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to improve acquisition, retention, and wallet share while informing senior leadership decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with AML/KYC regulations and work with Legal/Compliance to navigate jurisdictional requirements and mitigate operational risk.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the fintech or crypto space, with a proven track record in leading partnership development, managing business negotiations with financial institutions, and building strong relationships with financial institutions on a global scale.
- Existing network of potential fiat corporate clients including e.g. PSPs, crypto trading firms, market makers
- Good knowledge about crypto
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proactive, with an ownership mentality and a strong focus on execution and delivery
