About the RoleFigure is hiring a Senior Manager to lead accounting across loan products and digital assets, including wallets and tokenized financial products. Youâll own core close processes, build scalable infrastructure, and partner cross-functionally to support a rapidly growing, blockchain-enabled platform. This is a high-ownership role with direct responsibility for people, processes, and systems at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. What Youâll Do
Own month-end close across loan accounting and digital asset activity Oversee accounting for loan origination, servicing, and sales, along with crypto and wallet-based transactions Manage reconciliations across loans, custodial records, and blockchain-based assets Partner with Product and Data to map product flows to the ledger and improve data integrity Drive automation across reporting, reconciliations, and transaction tracking Maintain accounting policies, controls, and documentation in partnership with Technical Accounting Support new product launches with scalable accounting design Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team
What We Look For
7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 in a manager role (loan accounting, fintech, or high-growth environment preferred) Strong understanding of loan accounting and financial reporting under GAAP Demonstrated ability to manage reconciliations and audits at scale in a high-volume environment Experience designing or improving accounting systems and workflows, not just operating within them Exposure to digital assets, crypto, or blockchain-based systems preferred but not required Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and improve processes Strong systems mindset and comfort with large data sets Prior people management experience
Salary
Base Compensation Range: $131,750-$178,250/yr 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly Company equity in the form of RSUs
This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidateâs experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs.
