LayerZero The Future is Omnichain. ABOUT THE ROLE LayerZero builds infrastructure so any asset, application, or company can use crypto rails at internet scale. We’re reinventing how value moves online by solving for interoperability amongst blockchains – a problem we believe the world will value in trillions. As Sales Enablement & Content Manager, you’ll create the decks, case studies, and materials that help BD and partner teams tell the LayerZero story clearly, credibly, and consistently. You’ll translate complexity into coherence — giving our teams the narrative and visual tools to move deals, win partnerships, and align with precision. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build the LayerZero Story Framework
Develop and maintain LayerZero’s core pitch decks, narrative templates, and executive materials. Craft presentations and collateral for BD, partner programs, and education that can be templatized and used for onboarding, education and case studies.
Translate Complexity into Clarity
Turn technical product features and integrations into persuasive, audience-specific stories. Work with verticals and regions to productize our narratives through testing our best pitches at scale. Collaborate with Product Marketing and BD to align narratives with business priorities.
Enable Teams and Partners
Create and manage an internal library of reusable slides, visuals, and messaging blocks. Train internal teams on how to deliver consistent, high-impact storytelling across audiences. Help educate our partners and provide insight-driven materials they can use for their own education through presentations, data visualization, insights reports and other content.
Measure and Iterate
Track usage and performance of materials; refine structure and flow based on feedback. Continuously evolve messaging to reflect product growth and market shifts.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
4-7 years in sales enablement, product marketing, consulting, or strategic communications, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or crypto. Exceptional writer and storyteller with proven presentation design skills. Comfortable working with data teams and surfacing insights to tell compelling stories. Able to synthesize technical and strategic information into clear, compelling narratives. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Operates with precision, taste, and conviction in high-speed environments.
