Crypto Business Development Manager

MoonXBT is the first cryptocurrency social trading platform, which is headquartered in Cayman island and expanded to many overseas markets like Malaysia, Vietnam, Turkey, Russia, South America, etc.

Responsibilities

• Has a strong sense of the crypto trading landscape and user behavior in the local market, and can accordingly form branding messages and market strategy.
• Has resources of local media and KOL channels, can effectively form collaborations between the platform and different kinds of channels, and can optimize the effect of collaboration by design and execution of the collaboration campaigns
• Has a good sense of data and comes up with operation methods and campaigns that can activate the community and improve conversion rate.
• Good management skills, set weekly and monthly goals and track execution, manage different matters and team members with good methodology, and good communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, inspires local team members and leads the team to solve various problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, 3~5 years of working experience in marketing or operation area, blockchain background is preferred.
• Be familiar with digital marketing, media relationship, community management, campaign marketing, and knowledge of SEO and ASO is a plus.
• Be skilled in social media operations such as Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube, be familiar with the local blockchain market.
• Fluent in English.
