Autonomous is hiring a Crypto Business Development Manager/Partnership Manager

What is Incognito?
Incognito is a blockchain that facilitates privacy for other mainstream blockchains (a.k.a a privacy hub for blockchains). The key product of Incognito is a privacy decentralized exchange (pDEX), we aim to become a next generation of crypto exchange - pDEX is an exchange 3.0 while CEXs like Coinbase, Binance, etc are exchange 1.0, and DEXs like Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc are exchange 2.0.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the team to drive growth of Incognito in terms of user number and PRV liquidity;
- Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance) to launch and manage strategic partnerships;
- Find and establish the relationship with partners and pitch for our product to persuade them to use it;
- Support the team to build up thought leadership both inside the company and in the crypto community;
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast paced, consultative, and competitive market;
- Review and analyze the market trend of Crypto to scale up the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development/Sales/Account Management additionally having experience in either Crypto or payments industry would be advantageous
- Ideally at least 1 year direct working experience in a leading crypto-native / blockchain / NFT company
- Familiar with business development with international customers and partners all around the world;
- High levels of emotional intelligence support intellectual curiosity, professionalism, and dynamic conversation to creatively structure partnerships in different ways;
- Fluent English skills;
- A fast learner with a growth mindset.
