Customer Support Associate


Our company Kyrrex is recruiting for a proactive Customer Support Associate with a can do attitude for our office based in the New York Metro Area .


We are an international firm that operates a cryptocurrency exchange and trading platform that provides customers with access to a global cryptocurrency trading community within its proprietary platform.


Kyrrex vision is to build a truly global trading ecosystem that reflects the international nature of cryptocurrency.


We are currently in the process of launching our dedicated US entity and pursuing Money Transmitter Licenses throughout all applicable states.


Role description


The Customer Support Associate will be in charge of handling all customer questions and requests for support for the US entity. This will include answering questions via official channels like email, support tickets, and approved social media channels. This person will develop a system within the company to manage and oversee all requests.

Key Responsibilities include


  • Acting as the first point of contact for all customer questions.
  • Develop and oversee metrics on customer support ticket times and handling procedures.
  • Work with the product team to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Work with our customer support teams in Europe to develop procedures to respond to customer requests.
  • Working independently and being trusted to make decisions to improve users’ satisfaction and team results.
