Web3 DeFi Full Stack Engineer

0xA Technologies is a London based tech company focused on designing and creating the infrastructure that will allow decentralised applications to thrive and reach their full potential.

We are currently building a vertically integrated staking-validator-exchange solution for Proof of Stake blockchains. Our easy-to-use, secure and scalable platform aims to establish a new product category in the industry. We are now looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us bring our product to market.

Responsibilities
● Build an exciting new platform and customer facing products using cutting edge technologies
● Lead the creation of our front-end customer portals and the APIs integrating with our trading and staking systems
● Set coding standards & patterns, and coach frontend team through implementation
● Develop frameworks, core modules and libraries using technologies such as CSS/JavaScript, to create reusable code components to ease development
● Help enhance and optimise our trading algorithms
● Help implement connectors to new DeFi protocols or new blockchains
● Help design and build new smart contracts
● Work with fellow system engineers and backend engineers to build our MVP
● Track all major developments in the DeFi space

Requirements
● Understanding of Ethereum and smart contracts. Understanding of other L1 blockchains is a plus
● Strong CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures and algorithms, networking, databases)#
● In-depth knowledge of cross-browser/platform compatibilities and their capabilities in terms of rendering CSS, HTML, JQuery and JavaScript
● Good understanding of security implications in frontend and api designs patterns
● Node.js knowledge is required
● Experience with frontend technologies eg. React
● Experience with backend technologies preferably Golang and Python
● Experience in working within agile delivery
