About the Team
The Employer Brand team is an essential part of ConsenSys that drives awareness around our benefits & features, products, and priorities in reaching diversity in a new paradigm we like to call Web3.  We attract talent in the most innovative ways we can think of - making the candidate experience of high importance while delivering world class products.  

What you’ll do

• Be the liaison between our many partnered communities and ConsenSys. 
• Manage our external partnerships organizing content, ensuring deadlines are met, reporting quarterly metrics and liaising between internal teams. 
• Create template decks for brand awareness, external events, and partnerships.
• Work closely with our social media team in coordinating employer brand social media activations. Including but not limited to Twitter, Twitter Spaces, Webinars/Workshops, Speaking Events, Clubhouse, Instagram, LinkedIn & many more.
• Support in developing quarterly employer branding strategies. 
• Manage initiatives to gather employee engagement for external marketing campaigns. 
• Evaluate the progress of employer brand initiatives through data based reports. 
• Be the owner of our external employer brand platforms including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and BuiltIn to name a few. 
• Create content for online employer brand presence.
• Support in scheduling communications.

It’s important to note the Employer Brand team is new and growing. We’re looking for someone who is willing to jump in and help create and manage systems and processes to support our increasing initiatives. 

Would be great if you brought this to the role

• Experience with social media management
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, & Zoom
• Good documentation and note taking skills
• Strong writing skills
• Self-starter 
• Passionate about DEI 
• Passionate about Blockchain 
• Worked in HR/Recruiting and/or Branding/Employer Branding
• Excellent time management skills
