The decentralized finance ecosystem has experienced significant growth in recent years, bringing with it its share of complexity. Today there are so many ways to generate passive incomes on cryptocurrencies that it is sometimes difficult to know where to invest, how to manage your positions, and to find the time to do it.

Lobster protocol is a decentralized finance application, offering autonomous strategies that aim to generate interests on investor’s inactive cryptocurrencies while maximizing returns and minimizing risks.

Lobster's algorithm will smartly allocate the user’s liquidity on the underlying most trusted decentralized finance protocols, and automatically optimize your position depending on market conditions.

Tasks

You will join the sales team in charge of the business development for Lobster.

We work with a wide variety of actors in the finance/crypto ecosystem, and it is essential to map all these actors, identify their needs, and present them the offer that will best suit them.

Your role will be to optimize our dealflow, in order to generate highly qualified leads and package Lobster’s assets to make them an offer that will match their needs.
We want to give you as much autonomy and responsibility as possible, so that you can propose, experiment and above all increase your skills.

You will be one of the first business developer of the company with all that implies: responsibilities and hiring if you are good.

Your missions

  • Map our client’s and partner’s ecosystem
  • Find relevant information in order to generate highly qualified leads
  • Move forward in the sales pipe in order to close interesting deals
  • Work in an organized team with automated tools
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings
  • Propose and participate in innovation around the dealflow
  • Work closely with our CEO / Co-founders

Requirements

  • You are a student in business school, university equivalent.
  • You understand and master the fundamental principles of sales
  • You are familiar with lead generation methods and tools
  • You are curious and able to propose innovative methods
  • You learn quickly and you know how to adapt
  • You like working in a team
  • You are dynamic and nice
  • You are interested in cryptocurrencies and the ecosystem
  • You have ideally already completed a first internship as a business developer (++ in the financial ecosystem)
