Engage in weekly one-to-one sessions with your manager to discuss feedback and set goals for the upcoming week. Attend tech talks and gain insights from leaders across the organisation, offering you a holistic view of how a pioneering tech start-up operates from Engineering to Sales.

    • Learning and Growth:
    • Actively seek opportunities to enhance technical skills and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve proficiency in relevant technologies.
We hold regular learning days where we encourage you to seek out areas in which you can up-skill and further enhance your development as a software engineer.
