Full-Stack Web3 Developer

Responsibilities

• Define our tech stack for web applications to meet our long-term goal
• Design, prototype, and test the token marketplace and integration of the game engine with web3 support
• Design, prototype, and test the front-end and back-end of the website based on WordPress CMS
• Follow excellent engineering practices, including design and architecture, iteration, documentation and automated testing, bug fixing, and maintenance
• Manage the development schedule, design backup plan, ensure redundancy, and stay positive under pressure
• Give and Take feedback from/to other developers to improve performance and designs collaboratively
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends with extra payment if necessary

Minimum Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in software development or 3 years of experience in an early-stage startup as a full stack developer
• Experience in writing, deploying, and operating smart contracts on Ethereum and other second-layer solutions in production
• Experience in the JavaScript ecosystem (e.g., ES7/8/Next, React), related tooling and documentation
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS and a good understanding of UI design, front-end performance, and optimization
• Solid understanding of applying web design principles for websites and web applications for a positive user experience and marketing purpose
• Experience in Linux server management, cyber security, cloud architecture/design, tools, and services on AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience in Ruby, PHP, Java, architectural strategies and design patterns in backend development, and WordPress CMS
• Experience in an agile development environment, engineering communication (design docs, specs, documentation, code reviews, post-mortems)
• An ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver with online self-learning, a creative skillset, a risk-taking mindset, and strong stamina.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, multi-focuses, and high-growth startup environment
• Ability to be stay rational, communicate effectively, improve progressively, and be convinced when the error occurs

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of deploying Machine Learning models in production
• Interest in AI, Machine Learning, Metaverse
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends with extra salaries if necessary
