Job Responsibilities

• Implement and execute overall recruiting strategies
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on appropriate internal and external recruitment platforms.
• Proactively source and screen candidates using recruitment channels, databases, social media and any other platforms.
• Conduct job interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Update recruitment status reports in various internal tracking platforms / listings.
• Design and brainstorm new creative recruitment strategies as and when necessary to drive the recruitment numbers.
• Participate in various recruitment drives / job fairs as and when required. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or a similar relevant field
• Speak Fluent English would be a bonus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and possess strong time management skills
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
• Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
