What is Polygon Partnerships Team? Our goal is to build the Polygon ecosystem, make Polygon the chain of choice, and drive user growth — by partnering with Web3 Wallets; Onramps; Launchpads; Infrastrucutre.  Partnerships help Polygon overcome technical limitations, empower product teams, enable go-to-market, and tap into markets. We are user-focused, discovery-led, data informed. Partnerships accelerate user engagement and retention. We view our partners and their end-users as Polygon users and a feedback channel to enable product and the business.

The Role As Growth Analyst, on the Partnerships team, drive web3 growth with partners across our target segments and ecosystem.  Analyze and identify opportunities in each vertical, support partnership discovery and development. Lead relationships and drive initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners we empower. Continuously improve onboarding and user experience for partners and partner end users. Define ways of working and scale cross-functional integration in a hypergrowth startup. Responsibilities Define: Conduct research and analysis on users, products, market trends. Help us define partner experience, strategy, pipeline, ways of work. You will support activities from acquire to activate to engage and product-hand off. You will establish a common operating picture of shared goals, problems, priorities. Discover: Product and business opportunities. Conduct user research, support user testing, and hypothesis-based experiments. Capture user feedback and partner insights, advocating as a voice of the customer. Deliver: Polygon solutions for partners and partner initiatives with Polygon. Convert discovery insights into development, create web3 opportunities for users, and improve onboarding in the form of spec, plans, 1 pagers, integrations. Launch new offerings that mutually reinforce each other and compound for network effects.
