Head of Blockchain

You Will:

• Provide leadership to the Blockchain Engineering Team
• Use expertises in a high level of autonomy to help build and define Strategy and Roadmap for Blockchain Client in Celo (alongside product)
• Facilitate technical design discussions, remove blockers and align stakeholders
• Supervise and Contribute to the Blockchain Client Design and Research
• Individually contribute to codebase when time permits

You Have:

• Engineering Leadership Experience 
• Ability to be both a highly technical, hands-on coder and an effective people manager
• Experience developing a strategy and roadmap for your teams
• 4+ years of experience with Distributed Systems and/or Blockchain Layer 1 Experience 
• Experience with or deep knowledge of cryptography, globally distributed systems, blockchain or other related domains
• Autonomy & ability to design complex systems
